⚔️ About Me – Founder of Valkyrie Squad
I’m Jenna Ødegaard, Scandanavian fitness coach, personal trainer, and founder of Valkyrie Squad. My mission is to help you reclaim your strength, your confidence, and your health through no-nonsense training and a back-to-basics carnivore and paleo lifestyle.
This isn’t theory for me, it’s lived experience. I know what it feels like to be stuck, overwhelmed, and carrying the weight of chronic conditions that make every step harder. Just two years ago I was 121kg (246lbs), living with PCOS, unmedicated ADHD (which I self manage), type 2 diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and the scars of a past cardiac ablation. Doctors told me my body would always be “against me.” But I refused to accept that.
Through discipline, knowledge, and grit I fought back. I found a better way….. I rebuilt my health from the ground up, ditching the cycle of diets that failed me, and embracing an ancestral way of eating that finally aligned with how my body works. I lost over 41kg and continue to push toward my ultimate warrior form. I quit smoking, conquered cravings, and rewired my lifestyle to serve the life I wanted, not the one I was stuck in…. All at 40 yrs old so age will not stop you..
